This was a cute 2 bedroom 1 bath home on a nice lot. Stress Free was able to get me a remarkable price of $13,065. When purchasing my property SFPM informed me that I would be able to get $595 in monthly rent. I thought this was a great opportunity to try to update the home, get it rented, and be able to sell it for a nice profit.
